The objective of this assignment was to choose 3 different events from the website given and design a poster for each event. The First event I chose to do was "The Teddy Bear's picnic." I chose this because I thought I could find the information really easy which I did, and It seemed like a fun one to do. The image I chose to use was the big brown teddy bear because the event is about bringing your teddy bear to this giant picnic and have a good time with your family and bear.
I designed it by first choosing an image that could really stand out and represent the event which is a teddy bear. I transformed it and made it larger so people know what the event is as soon as you look at it. After this I decided I wanted to make a background that looked like bear fur. The way I did this was by using the grass brush and instead of using green I used 2 shades of brown to make it look like fur. Then I chose a fun font that would catch a young persons attention for the title "Teddy Bear's Picnic". Thus finally I researched the information and gave it a white color and standard font.
